do you really need a helmet? Motorist give 3-8inches less clearance to cyclist wearing one. At 30mph it simply shatters anyway. It only covers the top of your head, if your gonna wear one you may as well wear a full face helmet. That said I wear this anyways, it’s nice, messes up my hair, doesn’t “breathe” as much as i’d hope, but i’ve never tried another one.
